This warranty begins from the date of receipt of your order and covers any mechanical failure resulting from manufacturing defects. If your watch experiences any issue covered by the warranty, we will manage the service or repair at no additional cost.

Once the shipment has been dispatched, if it is rejected at the point of import or delivery, USPS will proceed to destroy or return the merchandise. We will make every effort to have the products returned to our facilities. Once the return is received and verified, your refund will be processed, deducting the outbound and return shipping costs.

Our specialists will review the device and, following the advice of our technicians, we will determine the next steps to restore its functionality. Please note that service or repair coverage under warranty will depend on the results of said review.
